This error is associated with a recent purchase of AMC Premiere on an Apple device (iPhone, iPad or Apple TV).

Most often this just indicates a delay in completing the transaction between Apple and AMC. This will usually clear up on its own within an hour or so. Please wait a short while and try restarting your device.

Does AMC Premiere show up there?

  • Yes: Open a support ticket. Make sure to tell us the email you used for your Premiere account.
  • No: Then your transaction never completed for some reason. You just need to start over, but if you have any trouble after that, please open a support ticket.
